It's time to revamp those old unworn shoes into new sassy and show stopping heels. The Sassy City Chicks have the secret to liven up any dull heel with a little help from a glitter spray. It's easy, fun, and affordable!

What you need: 

Pumps

Krylon Glitter Blast

Painter's Tape

1. Cover the side of your shoe with the painter's tape.

2. Continue to cover your shoe along the back side and around the heel.

3. In an outside area, spray the heel with a generous coat.

4. Leave it out in the sun to dry and remove the tape in 10 minutes!
