- Egg: Raw eggs contain a significant concentration of essential proteins and nutrients. Because of the high protein content, eggs can be used to strengthen hair follicles. Likewise, the nutrients work much like conditioners to add volume, shine, and texture.
- Yogurt: Yogurt is also beneficial in hair care. It can be the base of your conditioner and is also a a gentle cleanser. Yogurt promotes hair growth and makes it easy to comb hair and get of knots!
- Lemon juice: Lemon juice will strengthen hair roots and help prevent dandruff. When hair roots are strong, the entire strand will grow stronger and longer with less breakage. Leave lemon juice on the scalp for about 15 minutes, and then wash it off. Repeat weekly. Lemon juice will also give the hair a natural shine!
